摘要
目的：探讨老年原发性甲状腺减退症的临床诊断和治疗。方法：回顾性分析我院2006年1月-2009年12月收治的20例老年原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者的临床资料。结果：经过2个月的左旋甲状腺素片的治疗，所有患者TSH、T3、T4水平均有改善，症状明显缓解甚至消失。结论：老年原发性甲状腺减退症临床表现不典型，容易造成误诊，可通过实验室检查辅助确诊,左旋甲状腺素片对于老年原发性甲状腺减退症的治疗效果理想。
Objective： To investigate elderly patients with primary hypothyroidism thyroid diagnosis and treatment. Methods： A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2006 - December 2009, 20 elderly patients treated with primary hypothyroidism in patients with clinical data. Results： After 2 months of L-thyroxine tablets of treatment, all patients with TSH, T3, T4 levels were improved, symptoms were relieved or even disappeared. Conclusion： The elderly primary hypothyroidism the thyroid witb atypical clinical manifestations, easily misdiagnaosod and can be confirmed by laboratory tests aid, L-thyroxlne tablets for elderly patients with primary hypothy- roidism the thyroid treatment is effective.
