摘要
目的：观察清金养营法联合病因治疗变应性鼻炎引起的鼻后滴漏综合征的临床疗效。方法：将160例变应性鼻炎引起的鼻后滴漏综合征患者随机分为治疗组（80例）和对照组（80例），前者采用清金百部汤免煎颗粒冲服联合对照组用药，后者盐酸西替利嗪片口服，加用酮替芬滴鼻，疗程2周，观察治疗后两组的临床疗效。结果：对变应性鼻炎的治疗效果，治疗组总有效率为95．00％，对照组为92．50％，两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。对鼻后滴漏综合征的治疗效果，治疗组总有效率为93．75％，对照组为77．50％，两组差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01），结论：清金养营法联合病因治疗变应性鼻炎引起的鼻后滴漏征疗效明显，是治疗鼻后滴漏综合征的理想方法。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating PNDs by Qingjin Yangying therapy plus pathogen. Methods： 160 patients with Postnasal Drip Syndrome caused by Allergic Rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups 80 cases treated with Qingjin Baibu decoction combined with the drugs which used in control group as treatment group and 80 cases treated with chemical drugs as control group. The therapies were all lasted for two weeks for the patients in the two groups. The therapeutic effects were then evaluated by the end of therapy, with a comparison between the two groups, based on the improvement of symptoms and signs. Results： The total effective rates were 95.00% and 92.50% for treatment group and control group （P〉0.05）. The total effective rates of Postnasal Drip Syndrome were 93.75% and 77.50% for treatment group and control group by the end of therapeutic course, with very significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： Treating PNDs by Qingjin Yangying therapy plus pathogen has a good effect.
