摘要
本文建立了并联机床的有限元刚度模型,通过实例计算得出机床的动平台中心距定平台中心Z坐标较小及动平台姿态角较小时可获得高刚度;根据实例计算结果和机床倒锥状的结构特点,提出了并联机床主刚度的概念,建立了主刚度简化模型,并以此作为衡量机床刚度的准则。
This paper established the finite element stiffness model of parallel machine tools.By means of the calculation of living examples shows that it is obtainable to gain high stiffness while the distance between the centre point of moving platform and that of the fixed platform in the direction of Z coordinate is shorter and while the appearance angle of moving platform is smaller.According to the results of calculation of living examples and the structural characteristics of the reverse conical shaped machine tool the concept of main stiffness of parallel machine tools(MSPMT)is advanced and the simplified model of main stiffness is established and finally took the MSPMT as a criterion for the measurement of machine tool stiffness.
