摘要
采用柠檬酸溶胶凝胶法制备了一系列La0.8Ba0.2Ni0.6M0.4O3(M=Co,Mn,Cu,Al,Fe)钙钛矿型复合氧化物,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)等分析方法研究了该系列催化剂活性与结构的关系。实验结果表明,经750℃焙烧制得的复合氧化物La0.8Ba0.2Ni0.6M0.4O3具有良好的三效催化性能,NO、CO和C3H6的起燃温度都较低,分别为300℃、198℃和325℃;在贫燃条件下,NO、CO和C3H6的转化率分别高达99.1%、98.5%和90.4%。
A series of La0.8Ba0.2Ni0.6M0.4O3 (M=Co,Mn,Cu,Al,Fe) perovskite-type mixed oxides were prepared by the citric acid sol-gel method. The relationship between the catalytic activity and the structure of catalyst was explored by using the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the catalyst exhibited the high cataltic activity. The light-off temperature for NO,CO,and C3H6 were 300 ℃,198 ℃,and 325 ℃. The conversion efficiency for NO,CO,and C3H6 were 99.1%,98.5 % and 90.4 % respectively under lean-fuel conditions.
