摘要
目的讨论腹腔镜下全子宫切除手术配合方法及体会。方法应用腹腔镜对子宫肌瘤患者实施全子宫切除术,做好术前心理护理、器械准备、术中严格无菌操作及术中医护密切配合。结果患者均获得满意效果。结论充分的术前准备,完善的器械设备系统,精湛的操作技能,术中医护的密切配合是手术成功的关键。
Objective To discuss methods and experiences of the combination in laparoscopic hysterectomy . Methods We completed well preoperative preparation, psychological nursing, instrument preparation, closely observing intraoperative vital signs, strict aseptic operation and the combination of doctors and nurses during the operation of laparoscopic hysterectomy for myoma of uterus. Results All patients got satisfied results. Conclusion Sufficient preoperative preparation, perfect equipment system, superb skills in medical＇s close cooperation are keys to success.
