摘要
目的观察灯盏花注射液对治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法从我院选择86例急性脑梗死患者随即分为2组:治疗组(44例),本组采用灯盏花注射液50mg+0.9%氯化钠注射液内静脉滴注,1次/d,14d为一疗程。对照组(42例),此组采用复方丹参注射液20ml+低分子右旋糖酐500ml静脉滴注,1次/d,14d一疗程。结果治疗组效率明显高于对照组;治疗组与对照组2组治疗前血液流变学无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后有显著差异(P<0.05);神经功能缺损程度治疗组治疗后比治疗前显著降低。结论灯盏花注射液对治疗急性脑梗死的疗效较好。
Objective To observe the effects of asarum lamps of clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Select from our 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction patients immediately into two groups： treatment group （44）, using lamps asarum group 50mg ＋ 0.9% chloride injection injection within an intravenous drip, 14 days for a period. Group （42）, the group using compound danshen injection 20ml ＋ low molecular dextran 500ml intravenous drip, 1 time, 14 days. Results Treatment group than in control group efficiency, Two groups in treatment group and control group treated before hemorheology no obvious difference （P〉0.05）, after the treatment of significant difference （P〈0.05）. Neurologic deficits in treatment group than degree after treatment before treatment significantly reduced. Conclusion The lamps of asarum treatment of acute cerebral infarction curative effect is good.
