摘要 本文通过感应炉试验研究,介绍了锆对钢液脱氧,净化和夹杂物构成变化的作用,并与钙作了对比,结果表明锆可替代钙用于钢的终脱氧,终点氧可达0.0005%以下,并可使Al_2O_3夹杂变质为ZrO_2·Al_2O_3·SiO_2复相夹杂。 The investigation was carried out in an induction furnace. The paper presents the effects of Zr on deoxidation, cleanness and change of inclusion formation in molten steel. It was demonstrated that in stead of Ca, Zr can be used as a final deoxidizer, resulting in the final oxygen content less than 0.0005%. And moreover, the inclusion of Al_2O_3 type was modified to form a complex inclusion of ZrO_2· Al_2O_3·SiC_2 after ZrSi being added.
