摘要
广东水利电力职业技术学院以行业服务为立足点和出发点,按培养工作开展深度和时间的先后次序,探索由熟悉和掌握专业技术知识,开展对外行业工种培训、行业函授培训,承接行业内科研与教研课题,研究成果循环投入日常教学环节,研究成果申报评审和发表,自评估与总结等6个阶段构成的人才培养模式,实现学生培养和教师培养两个目标。
Guangdong Vocational and Technical College of Water Resources and Electrical Engineering services take industry service as standpoint and starting point and explored the talent cultivation model consists of six phases including familiar with and mastering the technical expertise,conducting foreign trade training,trades correspondence training,undertaking research and within the industry teaching and research topics,research results links cycle into daily teaching,research results make the publication of the assessment report and summing up self-assessment,which achieved the goals of teacher training as well as students training.
