白细胞介素-27在冠心病患者血浆中的变化及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨白细胞介素-27(IL-27)在不同类型冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)发生发展中的作用.方法 60例经冠状动脉造影术(CAG)确诊的CHD患者,其中稳定型心绞痛(SAP)10例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)25例,急性心肌梗死(AMI)25例,对照组28例,分别检测不同类型CHD患者和对照组患者血浆IL-27(酶联免疫吸附法)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP,免疫比浊法)水平.结果 SAP、UAP、AMI组血浆IL-27及hs-CRP水平显著高于对照组(P均〈0.05),AMI组血浆IL-27水平显著低于UAP组(P〈0.01).AMI组hs-CRP水平显著高于UAP组,UAP组又显著高于SAP组(P均〈0.01).经Spearman相关分析显示,IL-27与hs-CRP呈正相关(r=0.308,P〈0.01).结论 IL-27可能与CHD进展及粥样斑块的稳定密切相关. Objective To investigate the changes of interleukin - 27 ( IL - 27 ) and high sensitivity C - reactive protein ( hs - CRP) in the patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD), and to explore their contributions in the development of CHD. Methods Sixty patients with diagnosed CHD through coronary angiography were divided into three groups, 10 cases of stable angina pectoris( SAP), 25 cases of unstable angina pectoris (UAP), 25 cases of acute myocardial infarction(AMI). 28 cases of healthy control persons were enrolled. The concentrations of plasma IL - 27 and hs - CRP in the patients were measured by enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and immunoturbidimetric assay. Results The concentrations of plasma IL - 27 and hs - CRP in the groups of CHD were higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The concentrations of plasma IL - 27 in the patients with AMI were lower than those in the patients with UAP(P 〈0.01 ). The concentrations of plasma hs -CRP in the patients with AMI were higher than those in the patients with UAP and SAP ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The concentration of plasma hs - CRP in the patients with UAP were higher than those in the patients with SAP(P 〈 0.01 ). The levels of IL- 27 and hs -CRP show positive correlation through linear correlation analysis(r=0.308, P〈0.01). Conclusion The concentrations of plasma IL-27 and hs -CRP in the group of CHD are significantly higher than those in the control group, the levels of IL- 27 and hs- CRP show positive correlation through linear correlation analysis, which suggests that IL -27 and hs - CRP may be the risk factors of coronary atherosclerosis, IL - 27 may also plays a role in the stability of atherosclerotic plaque.
