摘要
从两例钢管表面裂纹缺陷,分析铜由外界侵入钢材所造成的危害及其机制,指出脆化晶界的元素即使在外表,在一定的热工艺条件下也会带来灾难性的后果;必须从工艺上严格避免这类元素的危害。
Through the analysis of surface cracks on the steel tubes, the hann caused by copper from outside surface and the act mechanism have been studied. The result shows that the elements caused grain boundary britdeness may induce disastrous consequences after some hot working even though these elements exist on the suzfase. The harm of this type must be avoided by strick technology control.
