摘要
在无溶剂条件下,1,1,1,3,5,5,5-七甲基三硅氧烷和单烯丙基聚乙二醇甲基醚在铂催化下经硅氢加成反应制得了聚醚改性三硅氧烷表面活性剂(NTS)。通过IR和~1H NMR谱确证了NTS的结构,并通过测定NTS水溶液的平衡表面张力研究了其表面活性。结果表明,在NTS浓度为6.3×10^(-4)mol/L时,可将水的表面张力降低至23.5 mN/m。饱和吸附量、饱和吸附层中每个NTS分子所占的平均面积和形成胶束的标准自由能分别为5.7×10^(-6)mol/m^2,0.29 nm^2和-28.2 kJ/mol。0.1%NTS(质量分数)水溶液在塑料薄膜上的瞬间接触角为33.9°,15 s时的接触角为17.3°,而纯水在塑料薄膜上的瞬间接触角为69.9°;30 s时的接触角为59.3°,0.1%NTS(质量分数)水溶液铺展面积是水的7.2倍。
In the absence of solvent, polyether modified trisiloxanes surfactant (NTS) was synthesized by hydrosilylation of 1,1,1,3,5,5,5-heptamethyltrisiloxane with monoallyl polyoxyethylene methyl ether in the presence of platinum catalyst. Its chemical structure was characterized by IR and ^1H NMR. The interracial properties of NTS were studied. The surface tension of water could be reduced to approximately 23.5 mN/m at 6.3×10^-4 mol/L. The saturated adsorption, single NTS average areas on saturated absorption layer and micellization standard free energies were 5.7×10^-6 mol/m^2 , 0.29 nm^2 and -28.2 kJ/mol, respectively. The instantaneous contact angles of 0. 1% NTS (mass fraction) water solution was 33.9° at split second and 17.3° at 15 seconds on plastic film. Whereas the contact angles of water was 69. 9° at split second and 59.3° at 30 seconds on plastic film. The spreading area of 0. 1% NTS (mass fraction) water solution was about 7.2 times as against water.
