摘要
在石脑油重整工艺分析中,将石脑油试样用碘氧化,然后用硝酸萃取,以配制的铅铜标准溶液为试样,采用PE-Analyst800原子吸收分光光度计石墨炉法,进行了灯电流、波长和狭缝宽度、温度程序、进样量等实验。较佳工作条件为:铅,波长283.3 nm、狭缝宽度2.0 hm、灯电流10 mA、进样量15μL、进样温度110℃、干燥温度140℃、灰化温度780℃、原子化温度1 520℃、清洗温度2 450℃;铜,波长327.4 nm、狭缝宽度0.2 nm、灯电流9 mA、进样量15μL、进样温度110℃、干燥温度150℃、灰化温度1 220℃、原子化温度2 200℃、清洗温度2 450℃。在95%置信度下,重复偏差可以达到0.5μg/L以下,显示了良好的精密度和准确度。
The sample of naphtha is treated by iodine solution and extracted into the solution of nitric acid and the trace lead and copper were determined by PE Analyst 800 graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Lamp current, wavelength, slit width, furnace program and volume of sample, etc, on the analysis were studied. The optimal conditions were found as follows: for lead, wavelength 283.3 nm, slit width 2.0 nm, lamp current 10mA, volume 15 μL, injection 110 ℃, drying 140℃, hydrolysis 780℃, atomization 1 520 ℃, cleaning out temperature 2 450℃; for copper, wavelength 327.4 nm, slit width 0.2 nm, lamp current 9 mA, volume 15μL, injection 110 ℃, drying 150 ℃, hydrolysis 1 220 ℃, atomization 2 200 ℃, cleaning out temperature 2 450 ℃. When the confidence level was 95%, the repeated deviation was less than 0.5μg/L, showing that the precision was good.
