摘要
对重达1.5t的大型齿轮材质进行焊接性分析后,认为焊接修复工艺中,焊前预热是保证焊接质量的重要环节。通过参照“国产低合金钢焊接CCT图”中30CrMnMo钢的冷却曲线,准确地选定焊前预热温度,制定了较合理的焊接工艺,成功地堆焊修复了两个大型齿轮。
By analyzing the weldability of material used for 1.5 ton large gear, it showed that preheating was a key factor for guarantee of surfacing quality. According to the cooling curve of 30 CrMnMo steel in 'CCt - diagram for welding of Chinese low alloy steels', the preheating temperature was accurately determined and two large gears were successfully repaired by surfacing using the selected procedure.
