摘要
研究主要成分为Cu、Al、Co,并添加适量稀土和其他微量元素,不含铍的接插件用合金。材料的典型性能:常温下,σb=872MPa、E=130GPa、Hv=2620MPa、ρ=0.08μΩm、σ-1=239MPa(107循环未断);200℃下,E=121GPa、ρ=0.101μΩm、应力松弛量为10%。它特别适用于大功率ASEA型继电器接插件,也可用于其他弹性元件。
A kind of RE conductive elastic alloy without Be element was studied, it was composed of Cu,Al, Co and a certain rare earth elements. The typical properties of the material are σb 872 Mpa, E 130 Gpa, Hv 2620 Mpa,ρ 0.086μΩm, σ-1 239 Mpa (unbroken circulated for 107 times) at the room temperature, and E 121 Gpa, ρ 0. 101μΩm,stress relaxation 10% at 200℃. It was suitable to be used in ASEA type high power relay as the elastic element of insert-pull pieces.
