摘要
用交流阻抗法研究了融熔CuS/CaOSiO2Al2O3体系界面脱硫反应动力学,得到了该体系的阻抗响应图。通过用Randles等效电路,并将所得的阻抗用非线性最小二乘法拟合,获得CuS/CaOSiO2Al2O3体系界面脱硫反应动力学的参数,如熔渣电阻Re,电极反应电荷传递电阻Rct,电极双电层电容Cdl及脱硫反应速率常数kf等。
The interfacial reaction between molten Cu S alloy and CaO SiO 2 Al 2O 3 slag was studied by an AC impedance method to clarify the individual kinetic factors concerning the electrode reaction at the interface between the alloy and the slag. The total impedance between Cu S alloy and CaO SiO 2 Al 2O 3 slag was measured. The results obtained were successfully used to determine the individual kinetic factors on the electrode reaction between the alloy and the slag, such as electrolyte resistance R e, double layer capacitance C d, charge transfer resistance R ct , rate constant of desulfurization reaction k f and so on. When overpotential η equals to -100 mV, these values are as follows: R e=3.98×10 -4 Ωm 2, R ct =7.23×10 -4 Ωm 2, C d=6.79×10 -2 Fm -2 , k f=1.26×10 -3 s -1 .
