摘要
采用膜吸收法处理丙烯腈废水,考察了对氰化物和氨氮的去除效果及影响因素。结果表明,将废水调至酸性、适当增大NaOH吸收液浓度和膜接触面积均可提高对氰化物的去除效果,而适当增大废水的流速可提高对氰化物的去除速率。膜吸收法去除废水中氰化物和氨氮的顺序对氰化物的去除效果影响较大,若先去除氰化物再去除氨氮,对氰化物的去除率<70%;反之,对氰化物的去除率可达85.5%以上。膜吸收法对氨氮的去除效果较好,去除率高达93.3%。
The membrane absorption process was applied to treat acrylonitrile wastewater, and the removal efficiency of cyanide and ammonia nitrogen as well as the influence factors were investigated. The results indicate that the removal efficiency of cyanide can be improved by regulating wastewater to acidic and appropriately increasing NaOH absorption liquid concentration and membrane contact area. The removal rate of cyanide can be improved by appropriately increasing wastewater flow rate. The removal efficiency of cyanide is greatly influenced by removal sequence of cyanide and ammonia nitrogen in wastewater by membrane absorption process. If cyanide first and then ammonia nitrogen are removed, the removal rate of cyanide is below 70%, on the contrary, the removal rate of cyanide is above 85.5%. The membrane absorption process has higher removal efficiency of 93.3 % for ammonia nitrogen.
