摘要
目的:了解我院口服抗糖尿病药的应用情况及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用限定日剂量方法,对我院2007～2009年口服抗糖尿病药的应用数量、销售金额及用药频度等指标进行统计、分析。结果:我院口服抗糖尿病药的应用数量和销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,其中α-糖苷酶抑制剂和双胍类缓释制剂的用量增幅较大,磺酰脲类药的用量上升趋势变缓,噻唑烷二酮类药的用量呈下降趋势。结论:我院口服抗糖尿病药临床应用合理,α-糖苷酶抑制剂和双胍类占主导地位,非磺酰脲类促胰岛素分泌药有较好的发展前景。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization and tendency of oral antidiabetic drugs in our hospital and to provide reference for clinical use of drugs.METHODS：Adopting DDD analysis,the utilization of oral antidiabetic drugs in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed in respect of amount of drugs,consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS：The amount and consumption sum of oral antidiabetic drugs in our hospital increased year after year.Amount of α-glucosidase inhibitors and biguanide sustained release preparation increased considerably.Amount of sulfonylurea increased slowly while amount of thiazolidinedione showed a downward trend.CONCLUSION：The utilization of oral antidiabetic agents in our hospital is rational on the whole.α-glucosidase inhibitors and biguanide take up the dominant place.There will be a bright prospect for non-sulfonylurea drugs for insulin secretion.
