摘要
提出一种由感应滤波原理构建的直流供电系统,该系统主要由相控6脉波大功率整流桥和感应滤波整流变压器组成。基于超导回路磁链守恒原理,从场的角度描述了感应滤波的工作原理;建立了感应滤波的谐波模型与等值解耦电路模型,从路的角度推导了感应滤波的阻抗条件,说明了滤波回路总阻抗对滤波效果的影响。通过对直流415V,22kA样机系统的现场测试,验证了理论分析的正确性,同时表明,整流变压器铁心中谐波磁通大为降低,主要特征谐波电流大部分在整流变压器的二次侧和滤波侧流动,对网侧而言,滤波效果好、功率因数高,在谐波治理的同时提高了系统运行效率。
A DC power supply system, which is mostly composed of phase-controlled six-pulse rectifiers and inductive filtering rectifier transformers, is proposed based on an inductive filtering mechanism. Firstly, based on the constant linkage theorem of superconducting circuit, the operating mechanism of inductive filtering was analyzed. Furthermore, the harmonic model and the equivalent decoupling model were established. Then, the impedance conditions for the implementation of inductive filtering were represented, and the influence of the total filtering impedance on filtering effect was clarified. Through the tests on a prototype rated at DC 415 V and 22 kA, the correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified, it was shown that the harmonic magnetic-flux of the rectifier transformer reduces greatly, and the harmonic current in the secondary and filtering windings are most suppressed, and there is only little harmonic current in the primary winding and then to the grid as the consequence. In addition, the operating efficiency is increased, and the vibration and noises of the rectifier transformers are reduced greatly.
