摘要
为快速可靠的开发重型商用车气动AMT系统,在对气动AMT变速器、离合器等执行机构控制过程进行深入分析和研究的前提下,结合气压驱动控制特点,采用基于参考模型的自适应控制方法,利用dSPACE软、硬件环境进行快速原型(RCP)开发。试验证明,所设计的气动AMT控制系统能按照预定要求进行自动选换档操作,实现整车一体化控制。
In order to develop a pneumatic AMT on a heavy duty vehicle rapidly and reliably,on the basis of in-depth research and analysis of transmission,clutch and pneumatic acuator’s performance characteristics,a model-based adaptive control method and the rapid control prototyping development using dSPACE are adopted.Experimental results showed that this developed system can shift automatically as required to achieve integrated control of vehicle.
