摘要
研究了草浆木质素化学加氨的影响因素和原料配比及氨化反应过程中活性基团的变化情况,确定出氨化反应最佳反应条件为:温度 140℃,氧压 1.25 MPa,时间 120 min。反应终结 pH值 6.0,原料配比为木质素(纯度 48.99%):氨:水=1kg:30 mol: 4 L.氨化反应与木质素分子中羧基和基的含量密切相关。
The result on ammonification of straw pulp lignin and change of active groups in lignin is presented. Optimal reaction conditions are: temperature 140C, oxygen pressure 1.25 MPa. The time of reaction 120 min, and pH at the end of reaction 6.0. The optimal ingredient proportion is lignin(content of 4 8. 99% ): ammonia: water = 1 kg: 30 mol: 4 L. The content of carboxyl and carbonal groups in lignin shows close relation to ammonification process.
