摘要
主要研究了无机填料对高光泽聚丙烯的影响。实验表明,填料的加入对聚丙烯的光泽度均有影响,影响最小的是硫酸钡。在高光泽聚丙烯中,硫酸钡用量增加,材料的熔融指数和冲击强度提高,光泽度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量均下降。采用L9(34)正交表设计试验,得出表面改性剂对材料的光泽度影响最显著,极差为15.3,并得出了高光泽聚丙烯的最佳配方。
The effect of inorganic fillers on the gloss and mechanical properties of polypropylene are studied. The results show that inorganic fillers have obvious influence on the gloss of polypropylene, and barium sulfate has the minimum influence. Melt flow index and impact strength increase with the increases of barium sulfate. On the contrary, gloss and the mechanical properties such as tensile strength, bending strength and bending modulus decrease with the increases of barium sulfate. The surface modifiers can significantly impact gloss by L9(34) orthogonal design. The result of the range analysis is 15.3. From that, the best formula of high gloss polypropylene is obtained.
