摘要
建立了石灰石煅烧、烧结以及表面积形成的数学模型,讨论了CO2在生成的多孔CaO产物中的扩散系数和表面积的模拟方法,得到了转化率、表面积以及颗粒内的温度和压力的变化规律。
A mathematical model for calcination,
sintering and surface area development of dispersed limestone particle is presented. Calcination
process by considering heat transfer, mass transfer of CO 2 through porous CaO layer, and
chemical kinetics are described in the model. The diffusion of CO 2 in porous product layer is
discussed in more detail. The results of simulation are in agreement with the experimental data.
