摘要
如何准确预测和评价整车侧面碰撞结构侵入情况下的乘员伤害是目前的工程难题。文章针对E-NCAP侧面碰撞规程,采用Ls-dyna有限元与Madymo多刚体耦合计算方法建立整车有限元与ES-2 Facet Q假人耦合模型,仿真分析车身侧面碰撞变形,评价结构侵入后的乘员伤害。耦合计算结果表明,车身侧面结构变形和假人伤害与碰撞试验值具有较好的吻合度,证明了耦合方法的可行性和正确性,可为改进车身侧面结构提供参考依据。
Predictive assessment of occupant injury responses remains a challenge for side crash simulation. According to E-NCAP side impact test protocol, the full vehicle finite element and ES-2 Facet Q dummy coupled model by Ls-dyna and Madymo coupling method is set up to simulate im- pact deformation of body side structure and assess the occupant injuries. The simulation results indicate reasonable correlation to full scale test data in terms of structure intrusion and occupant injury responses. Therefore, the coupling method is feasible and correct which provides reference to body side structure improvement.
