利用脱硫渣及钙质废石粉制备陶瓷 被引量:7

摘要 通过XRD、X射线荧光分析等方法研究利用脱硫渣及钙质废石粉烧制陶瓷.结果表明:直接掺入脱硫渣烧制陶瓷,其SO2的逸放率高达77%以上;采用钙质废石粉与脱硫渣复掺,并表面施釉,可把烧成温度从1100℃降低至1050℃,保温时间从2h缩短至1h,其SO2的逸放率可控制至30%以下.烧成后的陶瓷产品中的钙主要以CaAl2Si2O8和CaSO4形式存在,制品性能合格. Desulfurization slag and calcareous waste stone powder were used to prepare ceramics,and the product was then characterized by means of XRD and X-ray fluorescence analysis,et al. The results show that the release rate of SO2 is up to more than 77% when only desulphurization slag are added to the raw materials,that the release rate decreases to less than 30% when calcareous waste stone powder and desulphurization slag are both added to the raw material and when the surface is glazed at a sintering temperature decreasing from 1 100 ℃ to 1 050 ℃ and a soaking duration decreasing from 2 h to 1 h,that the calcium in the prepared ceramics mainly exists in the form of CaAl2Si2O8 and CaSO4,and that the product is qualified.
