摘要
目的:总结自拟黄芪解凝汤加中药熏洗加推拿治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:将60例肩周炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例,采用中药内服、熏洗加推拿治疗;对照组30例,采用TDP照射加西药对症治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率86.67%,对照组治愈率66.67%,两组治愈率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服外洗加推拿治疗肩周炎有较好的疗效。
Objective：to sum up the curative effect of treating scapulohumeral periarthritis by using a treatment of drinking Huangqi Jiening Decoction,washing and massaging the affected part.Methods：60 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis into two groups,one is to treat and the other to contrast,The 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine for oral use,fumigating、 washing and massaging;while the 30 patients in the contrast group with TDP irradiation and symptomatic treatment.Results：the cure rate of the treatment group was 86.67% and that of the contrast group 66.67%.There is significant difference between the two cure rate（P0.05）.Conclusion：It has good effect treating scapulohumeral periarthritis with traditional Chinese medicine for oral use,fumigating、washing and massaging.
