摘要
目的探讨鼻息肉和慢性鼻窦炎患者行鼻内镜术后无痛护理的方法。方法收集2007年9月—2009年9月期间的患者,将328例随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各164例,实验组进行术后无痛护理,对照组采用术后常规护理。术后疼痛都采用马盖尔(McOil!)问答法作为评估标准,以便与相关对照组进行比较。结果据马盖尔(McOil!)评分:实验组0分21人,1分115人,2分14人,3分8人,4分5人,5分1人;对照组0分1人,1分15人,2分121人,3分13人,4分11人,5分3人。两组术后疼痛率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻息肉和慢性鼻窦炎患者行鼻内镜术后行无痛护理能减轻患者的痛苦,有利于创口愈合,及早康复。
Objective To investigate painless nursing for patients with nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis after sinus endoscopic surgery.Methods From September 2007 to September 2009,328 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.There were 164 patients in each group.Experimental group were treated with postoperative painless care while the control group were treated with routine postoperative care.McGuire（McOil!） Q A law was used as a criteria to evaluate postoperative pain in each group in order to compare the relevant data.Results McGuire（McOil!） Q A law：In experimental group 21 cases got 0 point,115 cases got 1 point,14 cases got 2 points,8 case got 3 points,5 cases got 4 points,1case got 5 points;In control group 1case got 0 point,15 cases got 1 point,121 cases got 2 points,13 cases got 3 points,11cases got 4 points,3 cases got 5 points.The difference of postoperative pain rate between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Painless nursing can reduce the pain for nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis patients undergone endoscopic surgery,can promote wound healing and rehabilitating.
