摘要
间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSC)作为具有多向分化能力的成体干细胞,在体外培养中可以被诱导分化为心肌细胞和血管内皮细胞。体内实验研究表明,MSC具有明显的促进血管生成作用,可从根本上阻断和逆转缺血损伤的病理过程,因此MSC在缺血性心脏病的治疗中具有潜在的应用前景。近年来随着研究的不断深入,相关研究已取得令人瞩目的结果,为此本文针对MSC的成血管作用及其临床应用作一综述,讨论的问题包括有MSC的基本生物特征,MSC的成血管作用,MSC治疗缺血性心脏病的临床前研究及其应用前景等。
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) are multipotent cells able to differentiate into multiple lineages including cardiomyocytes and vascular endothelial cells under in vitro culture conditions. In vivo studies have shown that MSC can facilitate angiogenesis, and they localize to the site of ischemic injury which block or reverse the pathologic process. All the data suggest that MSC may be a promising strategy in the treatment of ischemic heart diseases. In recent years, more and more reports demonstrated that researchers have made enormous advances in this field. This review focuses on the angiogenesis and therapeutic applications of MSC derived from human bone marrow, including basic biological features of MSC, role of MSC in angiogenesis, preclinical study of MSC therapy in ishemic heart disease and prospect of MSC application in this disease.
