摘要
目的：探讨预防小切口胆囊切除术（MC）中胆道损伤的方法。方法：对本组15131例MC中发生的18例胆道损伤进行回顾分析。结果2004年12月前施行MC2321例，发生胆道损伤9例（0．39％），2005年以来实施MC12810例，发生胆道损伤9例（0．07％）。结论：思想上高度重视、规范手术适应证、规范手术操作是预防MC中胆道损伤的关键。
Objective： To evaluate the means of preventing bile duct injury in mini -cholecystectomy（MC）. Methods： Among 15131 cases of MC, 18 cases of bile duct injury were analyzed in retrospect. Results： 2321 cases MC had been performed before Dec 2004, and resulted in 9 cases of bile duct injury（0.39% ）. 12810 cases MC have been operated since 2005, and caused 9 cases of bile duct injury（0.07% ）. Conclusion： The key of preventing bile duct injury in MC is to pay close attention to think,standardize operation indication and standardize operation performance.
