635nm LED穴位照射对肾阳虚模型大鼠的光生物调节作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察635nm发光二极管(LED)穴位照射与艾灸疗法对肾阳虚模型大鼠病症指标的影响,探讨635nmLED作为仿灸仪器的可行性。方法氢化可的松制备肾阳虚模型大鼠后分为LED组、艾灸组和模型对照组。LED组采用635nmLED光源对模型大鼠大椎、命门穴进行穴位照射,艾灸组对上述两个穴位进行悬灸,均为每天30min,连续10d,模型对照组不给予治疗。另设健康大鼠为空白组。以动物的体重、温度、心率、甲状腺素、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇(Cor)、睾酮(T)、环腺苷酸(cAMP)、环鸟苷酸(cGMP)、cAMP/cGMP等为指标,观察模型对照组与空白组,以及LED组、艾灸组与模型对照组的差异。结果未经治疗的比较肾阳虚模型组大鼠的整体状态、激素水平、血cAMP、cGMP、cAMP/cGMP与空白组大鼠的差异有显著意义(P<0.01);LED组及艾灸组大鼠的体重、皮温、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、ACTH、Cor、T、cAMP、cGMP、cAMP/cGMP与模型对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论 635nmLED穴位照射与艾灸疗法对肾阳虚模型动物病症指标的影响十分相似,可以作为仿灸仪器进行深入研究和开发。 Objective To observe the effects of 635 nm light emitting diode (LED) point irradiation and moxibustion therapy on Kidney-Yang deficiency model rats and explore the feasibility of 635 nm LED as moxibustion instruments.Methods Forty-six SD rats,used as Kidney-Yang deficiency model made with hydrocortisone and divided into LED group,moxibustion group and model control group.The LED group used 635 nm LED light source on the points Du 14 and Du 4 of model rats,the moxibustion group carried out the same two points hanging moxibustion,both 30 min per day for 10 d,the model control group was not given treatment.Compared the weight,temperature,heart rate,thyroid hormone,ACTH,cortisol (Cor),testosterone(T),cAMP,cGMP,and cAMP /cGMP ratio before and after treatment between two groups,to observe the effects of different treatments on the Kidney-Yang deficiency model rats.ResultsKidney-Yang deficiency model rats expressed significant difference on the whole outside performance,hormone level,cAMP,cGMP and cAMP/cGMP ratio compared with control group(P0.01);after the treatment of moxibustion and 635 nm LED points irradiation,compared with the model control group,two treatment groups showed significant difference in the weight,skin temperature,FT3,FT4,ACTH,Cor,T,cAMP,cGMP and cAMP/cGMP ratio (P0.01).ConclusionsThe 635 nm LED has the similar effects on the Kidney-Yang deficiency model rats as the moxibustion therapy and be used as moxibustion instruments to conduct further studiess.
