护士工作场所中的欺负行为及与工作倦怠、工作满意度、健康的关系 被引量:29

摘要 目的:探讨护士工作场所中欺负行为的现状及其与工作倦怠、工作满意度、健康之间的关系。方法:方便选取河南省3个地市5家医院共计321名护士,用负性行为问卷、中式工作倦怠问卷、工作满意度问卷和一般健康问卷进行调查。结果:①受试(n=261)在负性行为问卷中的最高分为119,最低分为31,平均分为47.4;不同婚姻状况、受教育程度、职称护士的负性行为问卷得分差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。②欺负与工作倦怠问卷的耗竭、人格解体维度呈正相关(r=0.42,0.19;均P<0.01)),与工作满意度呈负相关(r=-0.40,P<0.01),与健康呈正相关(r=0.33,P<0.01)。③在欺负与健康之间存在5条路径,即欺负→健康;欺负→工作满意度→健康;欺负→耗竭→健康;欺负→耗竭→工作满意感→健康;欺负→耗竭→成就感降低→健康。结论:护士工作场所中存在着欺负行为,欺负行为会影响护士的工作倦怠和工作满意度,并最终影响护士的身心健康。 Objective: To explore the relationship of workplace bullying with job burnout, job satisfaction, and healthy in nurses. Methods: Totally 321 nurses from 5 different hospitals in three cities of Henan Province were selected by convenience sampling. They were assessed with the Negative Acts Questionnaire, Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory, Overall Job Satisfaction, and General Health Questionnaire. Results: ( 1 ) The highest score on Negative Acts Questionnaire was 119, and the lowest was 31, with a mean of 47. 4. There was no significant difference between marriage status, educational background, and professional title ( Ps 〉 0. 05 ) . ( 2 ) Bullying was positively correlated with exhaustion (r=0. 42, P〈0. 01 ), depersonalization (r =0. 19, P 〈0. 01 ), and health (r=0.33, P〈0.01), and was negatively correlated with job satisfaction (r= -0.40, P〈0.01) . (3) There were five paths between bullying and health, which were as follows, bullying→health, bullying→job satisfaction →health, bullying→exhaustion→health, bullying→exhaustion→job satisfaction→health, and bullying→exhaustion→the reduced personal accomplisbment→health. Conclusion: Bullying exists in nurses" workplace and could influence nurses'burnout and job satisfaction, and lead to health problems.
