摘要
应用双芽巴贝斯虫染虫血和液氮保藏株，进行体外培养技术初步研究，获得了生长、增殖和保种效果。双芽巴贝斯虫在牛红细胞内带虫率达５％，低染虫率的连续培养已超过２５ｄ。奠定了双芽巴贝斯虫培养技术应用基础。
In vitro cultivation techniques were preliminarily studied by using blood from animals experimentaly infected with Babesia bigemina and strains stored in liquid nitrogen, enabling the growth, multiplication and preservation of the parasite. The parasitemia in bovine red blood cell with Babesia bigemina was upto 5% for 25 day. The experiment provided conditions for the application of cultivating technique for B.bigemina.
