摘要
为了探寻胚胎移植中所需卵母细胞的来源途径，对不同龄小鼠腔前卵泡进行了分离采集，比较了腔前卵泡的不同分离方法，并对其进行了体外培养．结果表明，２～４ｍｇ／ｍＬ胶原酶的处理有利于腔前卵泡的分离，且对卵泡早期培养无不利影响；１０日龄至１年龄小鼠的腔前卵泡。
The objective of this study was to determine methods for isolation of mouse preantral follicles with collagenase and to assess in vitro culture of the preantral follicles from ovaries of different age grade mice. The results showed that the treatment with 2￣4 mg/mL collagenase was available to isolate preantral follicles without any negative influence on early stage culture and that the preantral follicles collected from 10 day old to 1 year old mice had the same capacity of develment and maturation in vitro.
