摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术的临床疗效。方法 120例患者在局麻鼻内镜下行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术。结果经鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术所有患者偏曲完全得以矫正,鼻通气良好,术后随诊6个月至1年,无1例发生鼻中隔穿孔及鞍鼻,术中有一侧黏膜撕裂者经缝合均愈合,同期行鼻窦手术者未发生粘连。结论鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术具有微创、彻底、痛苦小、手术时间短等优点,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the endoscopic nasal surgery for cancer.Methods 120 patients underwent nasal endoscopy nasal septum surgery under local anesthesia.Results Through endoscopic nasal septal surgery,deviation in all patients were fully corrected,nasal ventilation was well.Patients were followed up 6 months to 1 year,and none nasal septum perforation and saddle nose occurred.Patients with one side of the mucosa ripper in surgery were healed by suture,and there was no adhesion in concomitant sinus surgery.Conclusion The endoscopic nasal surgery is minimally invasive,thorough,less pain,shorter operative time,etc.It should be widely applied.
