摘要
利用CATIA软件建立了某轿车油箱与吊带的三维实体模型。通过有限元分析软件ANSYS,完成了油箱与吊带的有限元分析。为了降低汽车的制造成本和轻量化的要求,利用APDL参数化设计语言对吊带进行了参数化三维建模,应用优化模块对吊带进行了优化设计,减小了质量。
The three-dimensional model of some automotive tank and straps is established by CATIA.The FEA is completed by ANSYS.In order to meet low manufacturing cost and light weight,the parameterized model of straps is established by APDL.Optimal design of straps is obtained by optimization module,and then its weight is reduced.
