摘要
基于脉冲负载的开关电源在毫米波系统中得到广泛应用。分析了脉冲负载的原理,对影响脉冲电源输出电压的各种因素进行探讨,提出了分析脉冲电源的基本方法。基于以上方法,较全面地评估了非隔离和隔离两种情况下拓扑结构对脉冲负载的影响,提出了适合脉冲负载的拓扑结构。采用该方案,设计了一个实验电路。仿真和实验电路测试结果表明,分析设计满足要求。
Principle of pulse load was analyzed.Factors affecting output voltage of pulse-load based power supply were discussed.Basic method to analyze pulse power supply was presented.Based on the method,a more comprehensive study was made to estimate effects of pulse load in isolated and nonisolated topologies.A topology suitable for pulse load was proposed.A demo board was designed with this topology.Both simulation and test results showed that the circuit met the design target.
