摘要 基于"项群训练理论"的体育课程教学是按照体育的项目特点进行分类组合而设计的一组课程内容体系。文章采用心理测试、比较实验等研究方法对高校体育课程进行教学实验。结果表明:基于"项群训练理论"的体育课程教学模式符合大学生的身心发展特点,满足学生体育学习兴趣的多重性。本研究提出的基于"项群训练理论"的体育课程教学是在"完全学分制"下结合项群理论的一种尝试,目的在于探索高校体育课程改革的成功模式,不断丰富高校体育课程内容与教学形式。 Based on the training theory of sports group' s physical education teaching is the project in accordance with the characteristics of sports designed to cluster a group of curriculum system. This paper, using the method of psychological test and comparative experiment, makes teaching experiment on college physical education curricu- lum. The result shows that based on the training theory of sports group' s physical education course patterns is consistent with characteristics of physical and mental development of college students and meet the student interest in learning the multiple nature of sports. This study proposed, based on the training theory of sports groups in physical education teaching is in the full credit system under the combination of group theory, an attempt aimed at exploring the success of curriculum reform college sports model and enrich curriculum and college sports teaching form.
