摘要
目的:观察自拟降压饮治疗原发性高血压病的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机平均分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用自拟降压饮治疗且进行动态血压观测,对照组口服心痛定片,治疗2周期后观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为80.0%,且治疗组治疗后平均收缩压(SBP),平均舒张压(DBP),SBP负荷及DBP负荷均有显著性下降。结论:降压饮治疗原发性高血压病安全简便,疗效肯定。
Objective：To observe the effect of Step-down drink in treating primary hypertension.Methods：60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in treatment group,with the hypotensive therapy drink we observed blood pressure in the control,the dynamic observations adalat orally,The effect was observed treatment after 2 cycle.Results：the effective rate of treatment group and control group were respectively 93.3%,80.0%,load of the average SBP average DBP SBP and DBP for the treatment group decreased significantly.Conclusion：antihypertensive treatment of primary hypertension safe and curative effect.
