摘要
目的了解产科护士对产妇疼痛管理的认知现状。方法采用自行设计的问卷对产科护士125人进行疼痛管理认知的调查。结果 125人中,88%对疼痛管理知识不完全了解,20.8%了解疼痛评估方法,24.0%了解药物止痛方法,20.0%了解非药物止痛方法,25.6%了解药物止痛的不良反应。结论产科护士的疼痛管理知识有待提高,需通过各种方式进行培训。
Objective To study the present situation of cognition on pain management for obstetric nurses. Method Investigate 125 obstetric nurses on pain management cognition by self--designed questionnaire. Result 88% nurses don＇t fully understand the knowledge on pain management. 20. 8% know pain assessment method. 24. 0% know drug analgesia method. 20. 0% know non--drug analgesia method. 25.6% know the adverse reaction of drug analgesia. Conclusion The related knowledge on pain management should be enhanced for obstetric nurses. Some measures can be used to improve the training on pain management for obstetric nurses.
