干细胞治疗糖尿病需要解决的主要问题

摘要 糖尿病是严重危害人类健康的主要疾病之一。糖尿病患者由于产生胰岛素障碍或胰岛素不能完全发挥生理作用引起糖代谢紊乱,导致血管病变、肢体坏死、失明和肾功能衰竭等一系列的并发症。虽然胰岛素治疗在一定程度上能够改善患者的糖代谢紊乱,但并不能有效地防止或逆转糖尿病引起的血管病变及其并发症。
