摘要
目的研究奥扎格雷钠对心肌缺血的保护作用。方法采用小鼠耐缺氧实验和垂体后叶素(PIT)所致大鼠心肌缺血试验研究奥扎格雷钠的保护作用。结果奥扎格雷钠能显著延长常压耐缺氧动物的存活时间,明显延长给予异丙肾上腺素小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间;奥扎格雷钠显著抑制PIT致大鼠心电图第Ⅰ期和第Ⅱ期T波及J点变化,且能显著性减少PIT致大鼠心律失常的发生例数。结论奥扎格雷钠能明显改善PIT引起的大鼠心肌缺血的损伤程度,其机制可能是通过扩张冠脉,增加心肌的供血供氧而发挥抗心肌缺血的作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of sodium ozagrel on acute myocardial ischemia. Methods The protective effect of sodium ozagrel on myocardial ischemia was studied with hypoxic tolerance in mice and pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia in rat.Result Sodium ozagrel could significantly prolong the survival time anoxia-resistant animals,and isoprenaline-fed anoxia-resistant mice at room pressure;sodium ozagrel could significantly inhibit changes of T wave and J point in phase Ⅰ ECG and phase Ⅱ ECG,and could significantly reduce the incidence rate of pituitrin-induced arrhythmia in rat.Conclusion Sodium ozagrel could significantly improve injury degree of pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia in rat,with the possible mechanism of coronary artery dilation and improvement of blood and oxygen supply to protect myocardial ischemia.
