摘要
利用改性煤矸石处理味精精馏段生产废水。试验结果表明,在原水pH=1.8,COD 770 mg/L,NH3-N217 mg/L,浊度29 NTU时,投加120目改性煤矸石1 g,与50 mL废水混合,振荡吸附120 min,处理后出水COD为232.46 mg/L,氨氮为78.84 mg/L,浊度为8.5 NTU,对COD、氨氮、浊度的去除率分别可达到69.81%,63.67%,70.73%。该项研究为改性煤矸石作为水处理吸附剂在味精生产废水及其他高浓度氨氮废水处理中的应用提供了理论依据,同时也为味精废水的处理提供了一种途径。
The modified coal gangue was used to treat the wastewater from distillation section of monosodium glutamate.The results show that as the raw water pH=1.8,COD 770 mg/L,NH3-N 217 mg/L,turbidity 29 NTU,120 mesh modified coal gangue at 1g was added into 50 mL wastewater.After vibrating adsorption for 120 min,the water with COD of 232.46 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen of 78.84 mg/L and turbidity of 8.5 NTU was yielded.The removal efficiency of COD,ammonia nitrogen,turbidity could reach 69.81%,63.67% and 70.73%,respectively.The study provided a theoretical basis for the modified coal gangue as the adsorbent in treatment of wastewater from monosodium glutamate production and other high-concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater.It also provide a means of wastewater treatment in production of monosodium glutamate.
