摘要
首先介绍了基于弹载平台特点的瞬态热设计和一般稳态热设计的不同之处,然后具体介绍了某型弹载电源的瞬态热传递过程依据热容量进行手工计算的方法,其次介绍了用有限元软件进行瞬态热分析的步骤,并对两种计算结果进行了对比分析并提出了优化方案,最后分别探讨了采取热容理论手工计算和使用有限元软件仿真计算时的注意事项,对处理类似瞬态热传递问题具有参考价值。
This paper first introduces some differences between the transient heat design base on characteristics of missile and the common steady-state thermal design and also introduces particularly a manual calculation method with the transient heat transfer for a power supply on missile secundum heat capacity.Secondly,it introduces the steps of the transient heat transfer using simulation software,contrasts and analyses the two results then brings forward a optimized project.Finally,it discusses the notices about manual calculation method secundum heat capacity theory and calculation using simulation software.This paper is a great reference value to deal with some similarity transient heat transfer problems.
