摘要
目的:建立利胆消炎颗粒质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中黄芩、大黄、枳实、延胡索进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果:薄层图谱斑点清晰、分离度好、专属性强、阴性无干扰。黄芩苷进样量在30.20~181.20μg·ml^(-1)范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994);平均加样回收率为98.80%,RSD=1.62%(r=9)。结论:所建标准可用于利胆消炎颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of lidan xiaoyan granules. Method: Radix scutellariae,Radix et rhizoma rhei, Fructus aurantii immaturus ,Rhizoma corydalis in formula were identified qualitatively by TLC and the content of baicalin in lidan xiaoyan granules was determined by HPLC. Result: The TLC spots were clear, well-separated and specific yet without interference from negative control. The linear range of baiealin was 30. 20-181.20μg·ml^-1 (r =0. 999 4) and the average recovery rate was 98. 80% , RSD = 1.62% (n = 9). Conclusion: The established standard is suitable for the quality control of lidan xiaoyan granules.
