摘要
采用低熔点的混合熔剂熔融制样,用3080E2型X射线荧光光谱仪对铬铁矿中Na、Mg、Al、Si、P、S、K、Ca、Ti、Cr、Mn、Fe和Ni等13种主、次量元素进行测定,使用理论α系数校正元素间的吸收-增强效应,其分析结果有较高的准确度。精密度试验统计结果,主、次量组分的RSD(n=10)为0.20%~10.0%。方法经标样检验,结果与标准值相符,全分析结果加和性良好。
A Xray fluorescence spectrometric method has been developed for the determination of Na, Mg, Al, Si, P, S, K, Ca, Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe and Ni in chromite with fusion sample preparation technique in which a mixed flux of Li2B4O7 and LiBO2 is used. The interelement effect is corrected by using the theoretical alpha coefficient. The method has been verified by the determination of these major and minor elements in standard reference materials. The results are in agreement with certified values with precision of 0.20% to 10.0% RSD(n=10). It is proved that the method is simple, rapid, costeffective and reliable.\=\=
