摘要
研究制备了新型高效热屏蔽涂层材料,分析了高效热屏蔽涂层材料的隔热原理和油罐受太阳辐射热的传热特点。应用表明:高效热屏蔽涂层材料可大幅度降低油罐表面温度,改善罐内受热情况,其热屏蔽效果明显好于现有的"凉凉胶"或其它隔热涂料,可取代喷淋水降温,从而降低油品蒸发损耗,实现安全生产与节能。
We have prepared a new high performance heat-shield coating material,and analyzed the principle of heat insulation and the heat transfer characteristics of solar radiation in oil storage tank.The application suggests that:new heat-shield coating material can greatly reduce the surface temperature of oil storage tank,make the thermal situation of oil storage tank inner side better.The heat-shield effect of the new heat-shield coating material is much better than the current"liang liang jiao"or other insulating coatings,thus reducing oil evaporation loss.and carry out the safety production and energy saving.
