中国荷斯坦奶牛OPN基因内含子4多态性及其与产奶性状的相关分析 被引量:4

摘要 研究采用PCR产物直接测序的方法,对278头中国荷斯坦奶牛的OPN基因内含子4进行单核苷酸多态性分析,并研究了不同基因型与产奶性状的相关关系。结果表明:OPN基因内含子4有TT、CT和CC 3种基因型,基因型频率分别为0.3309、0.5108和0.1583;该位点突变处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态,且PIC为0.3676;CC基因型与中国荷斯坦奶牛的乳脂率和乳蛋白率呈显著相关。说明C等位基因对泌乳性状具有加性效应,OPN基因可以作为中国荷斯坦奶牛泌乳性状的候选基因。 The article studied single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) of Osteopontin in 278 Chinese Holstein cattle by DNA sequencing.We investigated the correlation between genotype and milk production traits.Results showed TT,CT,CC existed in Chinese Holstein cattle and genotype frequency were 0.3309,0.5108,0.1583,respectively;the variable sites was in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium and PIC was 0.3676;CC genotype had significant correlation with milk fat and protein percentage.Therefore,C allele had the additive effect and OPN gene could be regarded as a candidate gene effecting milk traits.
