预应力CFRP布加固组合梁反拱变形计算 被引量:1

摘要 为了改善CFRP布加固组合梁的受力性能,使CFRP布的抗拉强度得到充分利用,把预应力CFRP布应用于加固钢与混凝土组合梁是一种有效的加固方法。结合加固组合梁结构的受力特性,利用弹性理论,给出了施加预应力阶段的CFRP布加固组合梁变形的计算公式,探讨了CFRP布弹性模量、胶结层剪切模量及胶结层厚度等因素对组合梁变形的影响。计算结果表明:组合梁跨中变形最大,由组合梁跨中向CFRP布端部呈非线性减小,CFRP布端部达到最小值,趋近于零;组合梁的变形随CFRP布弹性模量和胶结层厚度的增大而减小,随胶结层剪切模量的增大而增大。施加预应力阶段CFRP布加固组合梁变形计算公式具有理论合理性,但是其适用性有待于试验进一步验证。 It is an effective method to using prestressed CFRP sheets to reinforcement steel-concrete composite girders.It can be improved by prestressed stress and increase the utilization of CFRP sheets.The calculation formulas of deformation and analysis by examples are therefore derived on the basis of the theory of elasticity and mechanical characteristic of strengthening steel-concrete composite girders with prestressed CFRP sheets.The deformation is mainly affected by the thickness and shear modulus of adhesive layer and elastic modulus of CFRP sheets.The results of calculations show that the deformation is minimum at the cut-off point of CFRP sheets and reached maximum at the center of girders.The deformation is non-linear decrease from the center to the cut-off point of CFRP sheets and decreases with increasing elastic modulus of CFRP sheet and thickness of adhesive layer,and increase with increasing shear modulus of adhesive layer.The method which introduced prestressed CFRP sheets on strengthening steel-concrete composite girders is feasible and the new method in calculation is reasonable.However,its serviceability wait for the experiment to be applied in the further.
