摘要
提出一种新的调频控制策略,它利用变速风力发电机快速功率控制能力主动提供一次调频备用容量。该策略通过风力发电机的卸载运行,即使在风速大范围变化,也能够确保一次调频备用容量。在低风速时风电机组作为飞轮(旋转备用)电机运行,利用存储在涡轮叶片的旋转能量提供短期有功电力支持;在中风速时根据卸负荷最佳功率提取曲线运行风力发电机,建立电力储备;在高风速时采用桨距控制或修改转速设定点保持在满负荷时合适的电力储备。仿真实验证明该策略能有效地控制备用容量,实现变速风力发电机对系统频率的控制。
A frequency control strategy is presented,which utilizes the fast response capability of VSWT to actively provide the primary reserve.It unloads the wind turbine to ensure the primary reserve for a large range of wind speed.At low wind speed,the wind turbine operates as a flywheel to utilize the kinetic energy stored in the rotational masses for the temp active power support.At middle wind speed,the wind turbine operates according to the unloading optimal energy conversion curve to set up the active power reserve.At high wind speed,the wind turbine operates with full load at the modified rotor speed set point or under the pitch control to keep an appropriate active power reserve.Simulative experiments indicate its effectiveness in the power reserve control for frequency control.
