摘要
阐述了4种典型的基于IEC61850过程总线结构的数字化变电站继电保护系统结构,研究了不同过程总线结构的优缺点及其适用范围,以星形结构为例分析了功能整合对系统可用性的影响,指出引入适当的功能整合可提高系统可用性。总结分析了4家主要设备制造商对基于过程总线的数字化变电站继电保护系统应用的实现方案,评述了其优点及不足之处。介绍了基于IEC61850过程总线的数字化变电站保护系统性能项目研究,实验室测试验证了MiCOM系列保护IED在IEC61850过程总线结构下运行的兼容性和可靠性。针对实现数字化变电站的核心部件合并单元,提出了2种基于计算机的合并单元互操作性测试方案。
Four typical IEC61850-based process bus architectures of digital substation protection system are investigated,including their features and application ranges.The star topology is taken as an example toanalyze the impact of function integration on system availability,which shows that the rational function integration may increase system availability.The solutions of four main manufacturers to the digital substation protection system based on process bus architecture are summarized,including their advantages and disadvantages.The "protection performance study for secondary systems with IEC61850 process bus architecture" is introduced and the preliminary experimental results show the compatibility and reliability of the MiCOM protective IEDs in IEC61850 process bus based system.As the merging unit plays a vital role in digital substation,two computer-based platforms are proposed for the merging unit interoperability test.
