摘要
厦门西站屋面钢结构采用大跨度空间钢桁架和双向正交钢管桁架结构,是目前国内跨度最大的铁路站房,其施工难度大、技术要求高。对厦门西站钢结构工程施工中的关键技术进行了研究和探讨,重点介绍了楼板加固措施,主桁架ZHJ3,ZHJ2整体提升技术,屋面桁架提升技术等。利用有限元分析软件对钢结构工程主桁架和屋面桁架的提升过程及构件吊装进行模拟分析,说明提升过程中,整个结构体系处于安全状态。
The steel structure roof for Xiamen West Railway Station is the largest span railway station building in current China with large-span spatial steel truss and bidirectional orthogonal steel truss structure,and its structure form is novel and complex.Authors study and discuss the key construction technologies of roof steel structure,and the strengthening measures for floor,integral hoisting technology for main trusses of ZHJ3 and ZHJ2,lifting technology for roof truss are introduced in detail.By finite element software,the lifting process for main truss and roof truss and hoisting of components are simulated to indicate that the whole structure is safe during hoisting.
